One Inspection a Day
We are dedicated to giving you and your new potential home all of our attention on the day of your inspection. For this reason, we never schedule more than one inspection a day. We will never rush through your inspection to get to another appointment. We will stay on site for as long as it takes to uncover all of the home’s hidden issues and to determine its condition and unique maintenance requirements. We know from personal experience that buying a new home can be both exciting and stressful, so we complete each inspection as if we were doing it for ourselves. We’d love for you to join us during your inspection and are more than happy to answer all of your questions about the home during and following the inspection.
The Home Inspection Report and How to Operate Your Home
Our clients receive a detailed and helpful home inspection report within just 24 hours after we have completed the inspection. In the report, you will find all of the information you need to make decisions regarding moving forward with your transaction and requesting necessary repairs. We want to make sure that the information you receive remains helpful for years to come, so we also provide each of our clients with a book called How to Operate Your Home, which serves as a helpful owner’s manual, especially for first-time buyers. Please call us anytime after the inspection is over to ask questions about your report or even years down the road to request an onsite visit regarding maintenance concerns.
